The band formerly known as Skamatiks and currently know as "Skamatiks" sent a press release earlier this year regarding the passing of their Guestbook.

The two and a half year old Guestbook had recently been fighting a losing war against Viagra Ads and Home Loan entries for several months.

Funeral services were held in Keizer,OR a few days ago with several family members of the Guestbook as well as a lady who was shopping at the mall next door to the cemetary.

Bagpipers played a rendition of "Hot Legs" by Rod Stewart in order to remember the days when the Guestbook was able to frolic in nearby cow pastures and alleyways.

Many in attendance cried and several of them took advantage of the weekend sale on capris and cargo pants at the nearby mall.

"We will always remember posting messages on that Guestbook!" mentioned one family member.

"I wanted to tell the world all about the uses and benifits of Viagra on the Guestbook! But I never thought this would happen..." said one teary eyed attendee.

Members of Skamatiks were quoted as saying that although the Guestbook has left us, the NEW Messageboard is up and working again! The band invites all visitors (with the exception of advertisers) to log onto the messageboard and discuss any non-commercial topics! Futhermore, please come and celebrate the message board's 2 month birthday with us at Sesame Donuts on December 16th! It's gonna be SWEET!!
